It has a capacity of 6 litres and ergonomic pockets at the front (accommodating two soft flasks up to 500 ml and some gels etc.) and back, including a zipper pocket to keep essentials secure. The breathable and lightweight running vest adapts perfectly to any body shape. The Quiver can be quickly and easily hooked into the vest's fastening system. The Quiver perfectly accommodates any of the LEKI trail running models.
